Returns Policy

At Tommy Luv we make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to cancel a transaction or return a product, you may do so in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed below:

 

• You can cancel a transaction and return a product within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is new, unused, and is returned in its original packaging and without defect.

• Handmade products, custom products, or products made specifically for the customer are not returnable, unless received damaged or incorrect.

• In the event of receiving a damaged or different product from the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible and attach photos of the product for inspection.

• A refund will be made after receiving and inspecting the product, using the payment method used to make the transaction, and in accordance with the provisions of the law.

• The cost of return shipping applies to the customer, unless it is an error or defect originating from Tommy Luv.
